- Once bought, your license will remain active and valid until it has expired or until it has been exhausted through usage; cancelling a subscription’s automatic renewing status will not invalidate an active license.

- We are sorry that you cannot currently make a one-off, single month purchase rather than subscribe to recurring billing. However, it is very straight forward to cancel a subscription if this is what you want to do.
- It is possible to run multiple subscriptions for the same email address at the same time. This can provide some useful results. For example, you might want to buy x150 uses each month, you can do this by combining a 50 and a 100 subscription and keep them both running.
- When more than one license is active for an individual email, we take usage from the license which is due to expire first. Once this license has been exhausted we then use the secondary license and so on.
- We have provided a report for you to view your active licenses and see the usage counts. This report is available using the link at the bottom of this page.
- If you have a paypal account with more than one email linked to it, the license is always issued to the PRIMARY email address. Paypal ignores which of your emails you use to login, it always uses your primary email when it talks to our system. If this happens and if it causes you problems, let us know and we’ll help to sort it out for you.
